Eat fresh. Eat organic. Avoid red meat. Reduce salt intake. Reduce sugar intake to avoid HB. Pray and meditate daily.
Walk 10,000 steps a day.
Do not eat carbs after 8 PM.
Avoid any artificially dyed food. Sleep at least seven hours daily. Eat unripe plantain once a week.
Avoid or reduce bread consumption. Drink only water or freshly squeezed juice.
Avoid alcohol, except wine without sulfides.
Consuming alcohol is NOT a sin, but avoid it.
Workout at the gym to build lean muscle mass.
Empty your bowels each morning before you eat.
If after doing these religiously for three months, you’ll feel ten years younger, and your WIFE is not extraordinarily happy in a particular.
