The Okuovo vigilante group in Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State has apprehended two men vandalising a transformer close to Holy trinity College, Okuovo, Okpe Local Government Area of the state.
One the culprits is a well known barber in Adesa quarter, opposite Deeper Life Bible Church in Ughoton.
At the time of filing this report, the whereabouts of the two criminals could not be ascertained.
However, there is fear of vigilante justice being meted on the alleged transformer vandals.
