
Nigerian actor Chinedu Ikedieze, has been conferred with a chieftaincy title in the Eluoma Uzuakoli Autonomous Community, Abia State.
Ikedieze, known popularly as Aki, shared the announcement on his Instagram page. He was installed as Chief with the title MFR, IHIE 1 of Eluoma Uzuakoli.
“My people, I present to you Chief Chinedu Ikedieze – MFR, IHIE 1 of Eluoma Uzuakoli Autonomous Community, Abia State,” he wrote.
Ikedieze gained prominence for his role in the 2002 film ‘Aki na Ukwa’.
The Nigerian government awarded him the Member of the Federal Republic, MFR, honor in 2010.
The title was conferred on him in recognition of his contributions to cultural and social development in the community.
