The Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly and the state PDP governorship candidate for the 2023 el ection has felicitated with the state governor and PDP vice presidential candidate, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa on his birthday, stating that he remains a dynamic leader.
The Speaker who is also the National Deputy Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria, in a Press Statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Dennis Otu, wished the governor a happy birthday and noted that his developmental strides are being felt across the state.
