The leaderships of both chambers of the National Assembly in Nigeria have decided to resume plenary on Tuesday, 28th April. 2020, despite the threats posed by the ravaging coronavirus pandemic.
In separate statements by the clerks of the Senate and House of Representatives, Nelson Ayewoh and Patrick Giwa, the leaderships and members of both chambers are expected to resume by 10am for plenary.
The statement further advised staff of the National Assembly and aides to Senators to work from home adding that they would be notified when needed in the office for any special duty.
