A female Army officer identified as Lt. Chika Viola Anele, has been caught on camera pouring a substance on a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), identified as Ezeiruaku Ifeyinwa Fidelia, in Cross River State for arguing with her.
The video was shared today, Thursday, September 22. The incident happened at 13 Brigade Headquarters of Nigeria Army, Calabar.
In the video, the officer is seen pouring unknown white substance on the kneeling Corps member after which she hit her with the bowl.
