The body of Mr. Friday Abiligo Orhomre, the graduate of Otefe Polytechnic, Oghara, Delta State who drowned on Wednesday on his way from his father’s farm settlement has been found.
He was found floating on the pipeline section of Ughoton River this morning (Saturday), after divers failed to locate it.
He was buried immediately the body was found after a brief ceremony with tears flowing freely from relatives and friends.
Mourners spoke of his love, gentleness, innovative prowess, and his ability to get much done in a very short time.
Recall that Chief Mark Efe Ugborotu, a businessman and politician had commiserated with the deceased’s family and Ughoton community over the tragic loss; referring to Mr Friday Abiligo Orhomre as “one of the great leaders of tomorrow”.
