The Kano State Police Command has summoned a chieftain of the NDC, Aminu Warkal, for questioning after a video emerged showing him flaunting a pump-action rifle at a political rally.
Warkal was seen in the video allegedly firing shots into the air at the rally in Gwale Local Government Area of the state.
The police said the display could violate the Firearms Act and amounts to intimidation of the public.
