Notorious terrorist kingpin, Kachalla Dan Lukuti, known for leading deadly attacks in Zamfara and Katsina states, has reportedly died after suffering from a strange illness that reportedly left him barking like a dog before his death.
Sources said Dan Lukuti fell sick about a week ago, developing unusual symptoms that included violent aggression, uncontrollable spasms, and eventually, continuous barking resembling that of a dog.
They said his gang members were unable to approach him due to his condition, forcing them to keep their distance until he finally succumbed. Lukuti was a feared bandit leader, reportedly operating from the Kokonba Forest in Tsafe Local Council of Zamfara State.
He supposedly commanded over 50 armed men, and was responsible for multiple attacks in Dan Jiloga, Rijiya, Zonai, Magami, and along the Gusau-Magami highway, extending his criminal activities into Faskari council area of Katsina State.
