When Virgin Atlantic CEO Richard Branson unexpectedly dropped by a Virgin Atlantic branch, he discovered a worker dozing off on a couch.
He snapped a picture next to him, which he later posted online with a rather surprising caption, “This employee worked so hard to remain the first company in the customers’ satisfaction, and now he’s so tired, which forced him to rest a little.”
You see, viewpoints and perspectives are important life factors. Even if he views him as a worn-out worker who needs a break, another manager would see it as the worker dozing off while on the job.
It’s always beneficial to see things from many angles and to give them a human face. Kudos to Sir Branson!
