The boy would have just carried on celebrating the victory of Croatia which was his father’s team but instead in the midst of that celebration, this child saw Neymar weeping and went to him to console him.
Many of us are very insensitive while celebrating our victories!
We rarely pay attention to what our brothers and sisters are going through at that moment!
Is it wrong to celebrate when we win?
Absolutely no!
We should celebrate 🎉 but we must not get carried away so that our celebrations will not become an arrogant display that tend to mock the failure of others!
We must never let competitiveness remove our sense of empathy and humility towards each other!
We all win some and lose some!
Therefore be magnanimous in victory and be considerate how you celebrate!
