Delta State Police Command, Orerokpe Division, at about 11.30pm, on Saturday, August 7, raided a popular night club, known as Bush Bar and arrested many clubbers who had trooped there to catch fun during the weekend.
The Bush Bar which is located along Jeddo-Ugbokodo-Ughoton Road is usually a beehive of activities for young people, especially during weekends.

Many people were said to have sustained injuries while escaping the police onslaught.
A source told Realtime.ng that security forces have been “troubling the bar for sometime now without tangible reasons”.

Two days ago, this medium reported that police from the Orerokpe Division raided and arrested hard drug peddlers in Ughoton community, and large quantities of cannabis, refnol, tramadol and codeine were seized.
However, the raid and arrest did not deter the fun seekers from partying at the Bush Bar during the weekend.
