Former South Africa President Nelson Mandela daughter, Ambassador Zindzi Mandela, has passed on at the age of 59.
RealTime24 learnt that Zindzi died on Sunday night at a Johannesburg hospital.
Her death was confirmed by her son Bambatha.
Bambatha posted a photo of his late mother on Instagram, with the caption:“Lala ngo xolo Madlomo”, which translates to English as “Sleep in peace Madam”.
Zindzi Mandela was the youngest daughter of Winnie Madikizela-Mandela.
She is survived by four children Zoleka, Zondwa, Bambatha and Zwelabo and her husband Molapo.
