Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has officially dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Fubara announced his defection to the APC on Tuesday during a stakeholders meeting held at the Government House, Port Harcourt.
