The disagreement between Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) and Dangote Refinery has taken a heightened dimension with the workers’ union directing its branches to “cut off” crude oil and gas supply to Dangote Refinery.
The refinery in turn, responded with a memo captioned; “PENGASSAN AND ITS LAWLESS DIRECTIVE”, in which it said, the directive “is a brazen, albeit shocking display of lawlessness and criminality by PENGASSAN”
Dangote Refinery, in the momo, called the attention of the federal government and its security architecture to what it termed; “the irresponsible conduct of PENGASSAN”.
