The reinstated Governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara, whose whereabouts has been a subject of speculations, has finally arrived Port Harcourt International Airport to a cheering crowd of supporters.
The crowd had earlier converged at the VIP wing of the airport, awaiting his arrival.
