The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has assured Nigerians that it’s working towards finding solution to the lingering fuel scarcity.

The IPMAN national president, Abubakar Maigandi, said this in a recent interview with AriseNews, on Tuesday, April 30.

He said: “Immediately when we have seen a sign of scarcity, we met NNPC, we informed them. This is what we are expecting to happen and they said they are aware about it and they have already taken measures.

“They said we should go and carry our trucks to the Barus depot anywhere they discharge, we start loading and sincerely speaking, we have started loading and the product has started coming and we have started discharging. I know that when you go out, you see scarcity but now, there are some changes. The products have started coming and we are still collaborating with the NNPC, informing them the update of the situation.”
