The death of our amiable Governor HE Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, SAN, CON, the executive governor of Ondo State came as a shocking and sudden news but we are consoled by the fact that you have lived a life of dedicated service.

Gbenga in a condolence message issue be the secretary General Ayo Esrom Peter describe the late Governor as an exceptional statesman having the welfare of the people at heart with developmental drive to transform Ondo State. In his words you’ve made an ineffaceable marks in the politics of Ondo state.
The news of your passing was received by us with rude shock and great sadness. He describe Akeredolu as a great man of inestimable quality, a visionary and innovative leader, who had touched the lives of many positively as characterized by his honesty, sincerity, integrity, devotion and selfless service to our dear Ondo state.. When a man has done what he considers to be his duty to his people and his country, he can rest in peace. What matters in life is not the mere fact that we have lived, it is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.
Governor Akeredolu is a fearless politician who had lived a fulfilled life, we shall forever miss you at all times but we take consolation in the fact that you’ve lived a religious life, a fulfilled legacy and above all we are sure you’re resting in the bosom of the Almighty, that alone gladdens our heart. We pray that your gentle soul rest in perfect peace
