Prolific Ndokwa highlife maestro, Professor Ikechukwu Izuegbu is dead.
He died on Tuesday, August 29th at Kwale, Headquarters of Ndokwa West Local Government Area, Delta State.
Ikechukwu Izuegbu, a professor of history, is popularly known as Mmadu Osa (Man of the People) – title of one of his topmost hit albums.
The lyrical philosopher, apart from waxing several records; was a lecturer at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State and Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State.
He also authored many books and academic journals.
Professor Izuegbu hails from Umuawele Street, Umuosumili-Ossissa in Ndokwa East Local Government Area of Delta State.
He is married and has children.
