Nigerian artist, Eedris Abdulkareem has responded to the bill aimed at curtailing the migration of Nigeria-trained medical and dental practitioners to foreign countries which was sponsored by member representing Oshodi Isolo II Constituency of Lagos State in Federal House of Assembly, Ganiyu Abiodun Johnson that doctors must practice for five years in the country before they are granted full license.

The withholding of their licenses is expected to prevent them from traveling abroad immediately after graduation, therefore compelling them to render their services in the country for at least five years.

Abdulkareem aptly stated in Twitter that a bill to keep politicians in Nigeria for medical treatment should also be passed as a balance.

Let’s know your view on this.
