Justice Taiwo Taiwo has finally signed and released the Certified True Copies (CTC) of the judgment of the case between David Edebvie and Sheriff Oborevwori over PDP governorship flagbearer for Delta State in the 2023 elections – ruling that Sheriff Oborevwori be replaced by David Edebvie.
According to a source, David Edevbie will “immediately” serve INEC and PDP with the CTC of the judgment which will confirm him as the lawful candidate for PDP.
