Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has insisted that oil extracted from Niger Delta does not belong to the people of the region, but to the whole country (Nigeria).
The reply was in response to Clark’s statement that Obasanjo hates the Niger Delta Region.
The Ex-President in the reply, also gave clarifications on gold being mined in Zamfara State.
