The Group Managing Director (GMD)of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Mallam Mele Kyari, Thursday, October 14 visited Gbaramatu and Warri kingdoms to seek support for protection of oil and gas facilities in the area.
During the visit, the GMD assured the traditional leaders of the kingdoms – the Pere of Gbaramatu Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oboro-Gbaraun II and the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III of the Federal Government’s continued support and development of the host communities.
On GMD’s entourage were Mr. Bala Wunti, GGM NAPIMS and officials of the NNPC/Chevron Nigera Ltd (CNL) Joint Venture, led by Engr. Monday Ovuede, Director, NNPC/CNL JV.
