There is palpable anxiety in Warri Kingdom, especially in the circle of chiefs of the kingdom and committees as the newly crowned Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, dissolves traditional council, committees, sub-committees and has ordered revalidation/confirmation exercise for title holders and committees in Warri Kingdom.
Pundits believe the dissolution of the traditional council, committees and sub-committees as well as the revalidation/confirmation of the title holders is for restructuring towards ensuring serving the people better.
A memo personally signed by the monarch, Ogiame Atuwatse III, and dated 1st September 2021, “under the hand and seal of the Olu of Warri“ confirms the dissolution of the traditional council, committees and revalidation/confirmation exercise for the title holders in the Kingdom.
