▪︎ A Promise enhanced welfare for staff of the council
Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area in Delta State, Dr. Michael Tidi, has urged staff of the council to step up productivity and proffer ideas for boosting the revenue profile of the council area.
Dr. Tidi gave the charge in a statement to mark 2021 Workers’ Day.
He rejoiced with staffers of the council on the occasion and enjoined them to be optimistic towards enhancement of their welfare.
He noted that the current economic challenge in the country requires the deep thinking of both the political and civil service classes to fashion ways of resetting the economy on a progressive trajectory that would gaurantee better staff welfare and more conducive work environment.
He assured of his administration’s determination to provide the people of Warri South Local Government Area with the needed quality grassroots governance, and promised continuous interaction with the leadership of NULGE in Warri South Local Government Area to take decisions that would improve their welfare.
