It was a roll call of former international footballers in Warri, Delta State Friday, as the President of Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick, donated sporting facilities to his Alma Mater, Hussey College, Warri.

The facilities included a standard football pitch with seating capacity, a volleyball court, and a block of classrooms.

The NFF chief in addition, presented four sets of Hussey College customised football jerseys and balls, as well as four sets of volleyball jerseys to the school authority.

He also presented a brand new car to his former chemistry teacher, Mrs Oluwaje.

Mr Pinnick said the facilities were donated as part of outreach for his 50th birthday anniversary, and as a way of awakening sporting activities in the school.

Hussey College Warri is among the top flight secondary schools in Delta State, and has produced distinguished personalities in sports, business, politics, entertainment and other spheres of life.

Some ex-Nigerian international footballers, including; Thompson Usiyen, Jossy Dombraye, Clement Temile, Mike Obiku, Morten Owolo, Ebiyon Dediare, Ogbein Fawole, Kenneth Nwamuocha, Victor Ighedosa, Humphrey Djebah, and Makpor Dibofun graduated from the school.

A novelty match between former Super Eagles players and old students of the college ended in a draw (1-1).
A former Captain of Super Eagles, Joseph Yobo, scored for his team, while Pinnick leveled the score via a penalty kick for the Hussey College team.
